Niestety po angielsku, ale generalnie chodzi o to ,ze kilka dni przed podaniem beczki Real Ale wypada ja w delikatny sposob wystawic na dzialanie powietrza, w artykule twierdza, ze mala ilosc powietrza nie utlenia piwa. Ma za to wzmocnic smaki slodowe i pomoc w rozwinieciu sie specyficznych smakow charakterystycznych dla swierzego piwa. A jak wy na to patrzycie?
