Jeśli żywotność twoich drożdży jest dużo niższa niż 90% powinieneś prawdopodobnie zamieszać drożdżami.

 

If your yeast viability is much lower than 90%, you should probably toss the yeast.

 

Nie powinno być "wyrzucić drożdże" zamiast "zamieszać drożdżami"?

Dodaj 1 gram DME(Dry malt Extract-suchy ekstrakt drożdżowy) na każde 10 mililitrów końcowej objętości.

 

Tu oczywiście powinno być suchy ekstrakt słodowy.
