Ale teraz jeśli masz już tę wodę, to musisz i nachmielić i nagazować, więc nie wiem jaki sens zadawać sobie tyle trudu, natomiast nie skupiać się na istocie freeze distillation i otrzymaniu produktu, który ma smak i aromat i potrzebuje tylko refermentacji i zabutelkowania?
