Potrzebuję rozruszać drożdżaki Wyeast 1187 Ringwood Ale. Najbardziej pasuje mi zrobić Koelscha.

0,70 kg Monachijski typ I - Weyermann (15,0 EBC) Grain 18,18 %

0,40 kg Pszeniczny jasny - Weyermann (4,0 EBC) Grain 10,39 %

Opisują te drożdże jako idealne do porterów i brown ale.


@elroy, robiłem kolońskie z 10% jasnego monachijskiego i było dobre, na pewno je powtórzę na jesień. Tak samo dobre, jak z 10% wiedeńskiego. :beer:
