starter do dolniaka

Możesz zrobić starter w temperaturze pokojowej, ale zadajesz tylko gęstwe po zlaniu z nad niej piwa. Preferuję jako starter mini warkę (w 10 litrowym wiadrze) robioną w temperaturze dedykowanej dokniakom, mogę całość wlać do brzeczki, nie tracę piwa i unoszących się w nim drożdży.
