Wyjatkowa wersja mocnego piwa. Powinien byc dojrzewany w beczkach przez kilka tygodni (to chyba chodzi o fernetacje cicha :ble: ), a pozniej lezakowany w butelkach przez przynajmniej 18 miesiecy.

Calosc na 23 litry piwa.

Pilzenski slod 2,800g

Amber malt 1,450g

Black malt 445g

Cukier 950g




Target hops 55g



Metoda zacierania

Jednotemperaturowo 67°C przez 90`

Czas chmielenia 90`
