Kilogram glukozy.

Dwie paczki west coast yeast po 11 gram. Nawodnilem w 33 stopniach. Piwko juz 8 dzien chodzi w tym samym spokojnym tempie. Celuje w 9% ABV. Tak zreszta mi hydrometr pokazal. Jak drozdze dadza rade po butelkowaniu moze bedzie 10%. 

Teraz tak. Mam 120 gram mixa pelletow Citra i Simcoe. Czy to wystarczy na tak mocne piwo? Zawsze ten mix mi dzialal na fajne piwko takie do 7%. Mam jeszcze na stanie Centennial. Pewnie jakis Sazz.
