Witbier i pomarancza kandyzowana

Popelniam wlasnie wita, ale zamiast curacao mam tylko skorki kandyzowane. Czy dac taka sama ilosc czy moze mniej/wiecej?

Na moje więcej - tak ze 2 razy wagowo - curacao jest w stanie suchym, a kandyzowane skórki mają w sobie jeszcze H2O i cukier.

Zainasheff i Palmer w recepturze na 20l wita dodają 45g świeżej (czyli też mokrej) skórki.
