pH zacieru

Do pewnego momentu myślałem, że pH zacieru stabilizuje się na pewnym "dobrym" poziomie. Słód się zaciera, itd. Po zmierzeniu pH-metrem pożyczonym od pewnego akwarysty wychodzi, że mam zacier na poziomie 6,3 . Czym najlepiej zakwaszać zacier by uzyskać lepsze wyniki w robieniu warek?
