Miód pitny - pytania poczatkujacego

Po raz pierwszy robie sobie miod pitny. Ostatnio zlewalem znad osadu i zaskoczyl mnie dziwny posmak winogron. Miod robiony na bazie wielokwiatowego i grycznego, do tego tylko kwasek cytrynowy, woda i drozdze "tokaj". Odfermentowal ladnie z 28 do 2BLG. Klaruje sie calkiem przyzwoicie. Tylko skad ten posmak? Nie, zeby mi przeszkadzal, ale troche niespodziewany jest.
