To ja może zacznę.

Drożdże bardzo fajne do chmielowych piw ponieważ profil estrowy bardzo fajnie podkreśla chmiel. Zrobiłem również czyste piwo na nich aby sprawdzić ich profil i w aromacie jest dużo Mango, lekkie jabłko, grzybowych aromatów jak w opisie nie wyczułem natomiast ten mleczny karmel jest lekko wyczuwalny ale bardziej retronosowo i w odczuciu w ustach.

Warka testowa:

Pilsneński - 50%

Pale Ale  - 50%

Zacieranie :

65C - 70min

72C 30min

78C - 1min 

Chmiel Marynka tylko na goryczkę 60min na 30IBU 

Gotowanie 90min 

Wydajność 90%

Temperatura fermentacji 30C

OG 13,5Blg,  FG 3Blg

Po 6dniach zlałem do kega.
