Witam. Prosiłbym o sprawdzenie receptury na wędzonego Foreign Extra Stout: 

Ziarno Weyermann - Pale Ale Malt 2.5 kg 38.8% 85 % 7
Ziarno Weyermann - Smoked Malt 2 kg 31% 81 % 6
Ziarno Płatki owsiane 0.5 kg 7.8% 85 % 3
Ziarno Monachijski typ II 20-25 EBC Weyermann 0.4 kg 6.2% 80 % 20
Ziarno Fawcett - Brown 0.5 kg 7.8% 72 % 180
Ziarno Caraaroma 0.25 kg 3.9% 78 % 400
Ziarno Weyermann - Carafa I 0.2 kg 3.1% 70 % 690
Ziarno Palone ziarna jęczmienia Weyermann 0.1 kg 1.6% 65 % 1200
