Witam. Mam piąty dzień na fermentacji drozdze 1762 po starterze 24h. Fermentacja 18 stopni. Jak narazie odfermentowanie z 23 na 10.5. Fermentacja jeszcze trwa na dobre. Jakie są Wasze doświadczenia, do ilu blg schodzi na tych drożdżach? Jakie preferujecie temperatury?
