Witam,

Chcę uwarzyć American Brown Ale  i potrzebuje opinii w sprawie receptury.  Wydajność ok 60%, zakładane Blg 13-14.

Zasyp :

-  Maris Otter Pale Ale 5-7 EBC Thomas Fawcett- 5 kg

-  Caraamber  60-80 EBC Weyermann                   0,5 kg

- Abbey 40-50 EBC Weyermann                              0,5 kg

- Cara Crystal 150 EBC Castle Malting                  0,5 kg

- Czekoladowy 400 Viking Malt                              0,2 kg

 

Chmiele :

Columbus (CTZ) : 60 min --- 10g

                                20 min --- 5g

Ahtanum:   20 min --- 10g

                    0 min  ---- 20g

Drożdże:

                Fermentis Safale S-04
