Witam

proszę o sprawdzenie receptury i czy coś sensownego z tego wyjdzie.Planuję warkę ok 30l

Pilzneński 6kg zacieranie 63st.40min 72 st.20min i 78st 10min

gotowanie 60 min

 na goryczkę summit 20gr na 50min

aromat saaz 25gr 30min i 25gr na 10 min

celuję w IBU ok27-28 i BLG 12

drożdże W 34\70 dwie paczki fermentacja w 8 st.

Saaz z 30 na 20 minut,  30, nie 25 gr. 

Na flameout pozostałe 20.

 

Litrów ile planujesz?  Z 6kg 12 blg to na oko 27 litrów wychodzi

Osobiście celowałbym w nieco wyższe IBU przy BLG12.

27 IBU to mnie do desitki pasuje.

 

No i "g", a nie "gr" :)
