Bicie bakterii chmielem

Nie. Chmiel traktuj raczej jako inhibitor, czyli coś co może zwolnić rozwój bakterii (chyba też tylko, albo głównie, gram dodatnich). Dodatkowo nie ma większego wpływu na grzyby, czyli drożdże, w tym te dzikie.
