Podwójne refermentacja?

Sprawa jest taka: Zacząłem butelkowanie [syrop z glukozą dodany do piwa] i zabutelkowałem większość partii. No i pierdyknęła mi kapslownica. Nową będę miał około środy. Czy jak to teraz znów wleję do fermentora, pozwolę z tydzień przejeść drożdżom glukozę i na nowo dodam syrop do nowego butelkowania, to będzie ok?
