Żytnie Polskie Pale Ale (partial ash)

Umyśliłem sobie na pierwsze jesienne warzenie Żytnie Polskie Pale Ale z ekstraktu z partial mashem. Celuję w 12 litrów 12-13 Blg, ok. 40 IBU. Gotowanie 30 minut, żeby przyspieszyć proces.


1,7 kg ekstrakt jasny Bruntal

0,5 kg pilzneńskiego

0,3 kg płatki żytnie

0,125 karmelowy 30



30 min - Marynka 20 gr

10 min - Iunga 10 gr, Oktawia 10 gr

0 min - Iunga 10 gr, Oktawia 10 gr

Whirpool - Iunga 10 gr, Oktawia 10 gr

Bez chmielenia na zimno. Może jakoś inaczej rozłożyć chmiele, jak sądzicie?
