Słód zakwaszający- temp. zacierania

Witam, chciałem uwarzyć piwo coś w stylu BE LIKE MITCH , które zawiera w składzie słód zakwaszający, pytanie w jakiej temp. zacierać taki słód, czy zacierać go osobno czy z resztą słodów?
