Wzorowałem się na BYO i klonie W-10 Pitch Black IPA

12 litrów, ok. 15 Blg, IBU 60-65

 

1,7 kg ekstrakt słodowy jasny Bruntal

0,5 kg słód pilzneński lub pale ale

0,3 kg słód karmelowy 150

0.2 kg słód Carafa II (lub Carafa III) bez łuski

0.2 kg słód Biscuit

 

chmielenie

60 min - Warrior 15 gr

2 min - Cascade 5 gr + 15 gr Warrior

5 dni cichej - 5 gr Warriora i 10 gr Cascade

 

Ktoś podpowie, czy zostawić tak, czy coś zmienić, ulepszyć?
