Mogę prosić o ocenę receptury?

Ziarno Weyermann - Pale Ale Malt 3.6 kg

Zacieranie na słodko, 1,2 kg karmelii, 0,8 kg laktozy... to celowo? Bo będzie mega-ulepek ;)

No tego się trochę obawiałem... Nie ma być mega :D

To zejść z laktozy do 0,5 i odpuścić trochę karmelii jeszcze?
