WLP380 Hefeweizen IV Ale Yeast

Large clove and phenolic aroma and flavor, with minimal banana. Refreshing citrus and apricot notes. Crisp, drinkable hefeweizen. Less flocculent than WLP300, and sulfur production is higher.

Attenuation: 73-80%

Flocculation: Low

Optimum Fermentation Temperature: 66-70°F

Alcohol Tolerance: Medium

 

WLP380 Hefeweizen IV Ale Yeast

Mocny goździkowy i fenolowy aromat i smak, z minimalnym bananem. Odświerzające cytrusowe i morelowe nuty. Rześkie, przyjemne do wypicia hefeweizen. Mniej flokulujące niż WLP300 i produkcja siarki jest wyższa.

Odfermentowanie: 73-80%

Flokulacja: Niska.

Temperatura fermentacji: 19-21°C .

Tolerancja na alkohol: Średnia.

a u mnie goździków nic, za to sam banan :] z jednej fiolki bez problemu wystartowały przy 50l brzeczki w temp. 16-17 stopni.

druga warka (z gęstwy) już bardziej zrównoważona.
