WLP051 California Ale V Yeast

From Northern California. This strain is more fruity than WLP001, and slightly more flocculent. Attenuation is lower, resulting in a fuller bodied beer than with WLP001.

Attenuation: 70-75%

Flocculation: Medium to High

Optimum Fermentation Temperature: 66-70°F

Alcohol Tolerance: Medium-High

 

WLP051 California Ale V Yeast

Pochodzą z północnej Kalifornii. Szczep ten jest bardziej owocowy niż WLP001 i troszkę mocniej flokulujące. Odfermentowanie jest niższe, co nadaje treściwsze piwo niż piwo na WLP001.

Odfermentowanie: 70-75%

Flokulacja: Średnie do wysokie.

Temperatura fermentacji: 19-20°C .

Tolerancja na alkohol: Średnio wysoka
