Postanowiłem w końcu uwarzyć piwo ze swojej receptury, wstępnie ułożyłem coś takiego, ma być to aipa/ipa 16°Blg. Wybrałem te chmiele ponieważ interesuje mnie pomarańczowo-cytrynowo-grejpfrutowy aromat.

5kg Pale Ale
0,7kg Pilzneński
0,3kg karmelowy jasny (30EBC Strzegom)
 
Chmiele:
Zythos, Summit, Vic Secret
 
Zacieranie
67°C - 60min
72°C - 10min
78°C - 10min
 
70' gotowania
60' - 25g summit
30' - 10g zythos
10' - 20g zythos
5'  - 10g vic
1'  - 20g vic + 20g zythos
na zimno - 25g summit + 20g vic
