Ferments dry and flocculates very well. Produces a distinctive ester profile. Good choice for most English style ales including bitter, pale ale, porter, and brown ale.

Attenuation: 72-80%

Flocculation: High

Optimum fermentation temperature: 65-70°F

Alcohol Tolerance: Medium

Odfermentowuje wytrawnie i flokuluje bardzo dobrze.Produkuje wyraźny estrowy profil. Wspaniały wybór dla większości styli angielskich ale włączając bittery, pale ale, portery i brown ale.

Odfermentowanie: 72-80%

Flokulacja: Wysoka.

Optymalna temperatura fermentacji: 18-21°C.

Tolerancja na alkohol: Średnia.
