Witam

 

Chciałem uwarzyć whsiky stouta z dobrze wyczuwalnym aromatem torfowym, wg brewtargeta jakieś 15 Blg:

Pale Ale 2,5kg

Wędzony whisky (średni) 15-25 ppm Castle 2kg

Płatki owsiane 0,5kg

Palony jęczmień 0,4kg

Carafa II 0,4 kg

 

Chmiel tylko na goryczkę

Marynka 50 gr. gr 60 min

 

drożdże

Danstar Nottingham - Ale Yeast

 

Pytanie czy słodu whisky za dużo czy za mało? Czy jeszcze coś zmodyfikować?
