Chmielenie:

  • 35g Lubelski 60min
  • 20g Citra 10min
  • Whirlpool przy temp 68oC 20g Citra

Fermentacja:

  • Drożdże US-05
  • Burzliwa do ustabilizowania się BLG na jednym poziomie
  • Tydzień cichej dla klarowania
