Dlaczegoż to uwarzasz że bulkanie to problem ? Niech se bulka. Jeszcze nic złego nie zrobiłeś, teoretycznie :)

Podaj jaki był ekstrakt poczatkowy, jakie drożdże i jak je zadałeś i jaka jest/była temperatura fermentacji.
