RIMS i przypalona bialkiem grzalka

Wczoraj warzylem Weizena ze slodow, ktore zawieraja znaczne ilosci bialka (pilznenski i pszeniczny) w systemie RIMS. I stalo sie cos czego nigdy wczesniej nie doswiadczylem na slodach Pale Ale: po osiagnieciu 62C bialko zaczelo sie scinac i przypalac na grzalce (zaznaczam, ze byla wykonana przerwa bialkowa). Po czym zapach brzeczki przypominal aromat przypalonej jajecznicy tudziez babcinej kuchni :)


Czy ma ktos jakis sposob jak temu zapobiegac?
