prośba o ocenę receptury na milk stout

Planuję popełnić po raz pierwszy milkstouta. Będę wdzięczny za ocenę receptury i wskazówki. Bardzo mi smakował Sweet Cow. Celuję w około 25 L, 12-14 BLG


Pale ale 4,5 kg

pszeniczny czekoladowy 0,25 kg

czekoladowy ciemny 0,25 kg

carafa II 0,3 kg

laktoza – 0,5 kg

płatki owsiane 0,4 kg


może jeszcze jakiś karmel?


chmiel Marynka 30 gr 60`

drożdże S04 albo US 05 (te mam na stanie)


Zacieranie 67 C
