Cichą przeprowadzasz w zasadzie w temperaturze fermentacji burzliwej, a lagerowanie w temperaturach od zera (lub lekko ujemnie) do kilku stopni powyżej zera

Ale można po burzliwej przenieść piwo od razu do lagerowania
