Potrzebuję sprawdzoną recepturę na Stout Owsiany.

Coś o możliwie prostym zasypie. Piwu ma być bliżej do Dry niż Sweet.

Czy koledzy mają w notatkach coś godnego uwagi?

Pale Ale 3,5 kg

S. Monach II 1 kg

Płatki Owsiane 0,6 kg

Jęczmień palony 0,35 kg

Czekoladowy ciemny 0,2 kg

S. Karmel 300 0,2 kg

Marynka 40 g

Drożdże - Danstar Nottingham

 

Zacieranie:

70' - 67stC

wygrzew

Chmielenie

Marynka 40 g 60'

Fermentacja:

7 dni - 18stC - burzliwa

14 dni - 17stC - cicha

 

 

Piwo wyszło b. dobre

 

P.S. Słody ciemne/palone od początku zacierania
